一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿132例临床观察

Primary Radical Operation for Treating Perianal Abscess in 132 Cases

为探讨一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果，回顾性分析一次性根治术治疗的132例肛周脓肿患者的临床资料。结果显示，术后随访6个月至1年，治愈122例，延迟愈合1例，9例进行二次手术。结果表明，一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿疗效满意。

This study was to explore the clinical effect of primary radical operation for treating perianal ab- scess;authors retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 132 eases with perianal abscess who had received above procedure. As results, the postoperative follow-up of 6 months to one year found 122 cases being cured, 1 case delayed healing, 9 cases had to received secondary surgery.Results show that the primary radi- cal operation adopted by authors for perianal abscess can achive satisfactory effect.
