肛门洗剂Ⅰ号在肛肠病术后的应用

Application of No. 1 Lotion for Anus Following the Surgery of Anorectal Disease

为观察肛门洗剂Ⅰ号防治肛肠病术后并发症的效果，将肛肠病术后患者120例分为2组。治疗组62例采用肛门洗剂Ⅰ号坐浴，对照组58例采用1：5000PP液坐浴。结果显示，术后有效率和显效率治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．05），术后1d、2d、7d创口疼痛、便后出血、肛门坠胀、肛门瘙痒、肛门潮湿等并发症评分治疗组均优于对照组。结果表明，肛门洗剂Ⅰ号防治肛肠疾病术后并发症有明显疗效。

This study was to observe the efficacy of No.1 lotion for anus in prevention ＆ treatment of post- operative complications of anorectal disease, divided 120 cases of this disease into treatment group（ n = 62） and control group（ n =58）;the former adopted No.1 lotion for anus to take sitz bath,meanwhile the latter recieved 1 ： 5 000 PP solution for doing so.As results,in postoperative effective rate and excellent response rate the former was all superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）,and at the lst,2th,Tth day after operation the scores on such complications as wound pain, bleeding after defecation, tenesmus of anus, anal pruritus, and anal moisture,etc, of the former were all superior to that of the latter.Results show that for postoperative complications of anoreetal diseases No.1 lotion for anus has distinct effect.
