可溶性止血纱布在肛肠病术后的应用

Application of Soluble Hemostatic Gauze at Postoperation of Anorectal Disease

为观察可溶性止血纱布在肛肠病术后的应用效果，将540例肛肠病术后患者分为2组，观察组330例术后应用可溶性止血纱布换药，对照组210例术后应用其它药物换药，术后第7天、第14天对比观察2组患者创口出血、水肿、疼痛、肉芽组织的生长情况及平均愈合天数。结果显示，观察组术后第7天、第14天创口出血、水肿、疼痛的发生率较对照组明显降低，正常肉芽组织生长率观察组较对照组明显增高。观察组术后平均愈合天数较对照组明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，肛肠病术后应用可溶性止血纱布换药可明显减少术后创口出血、水肿、疼痛，促进正常肉芽组织的形成，缩短创面愈合时间。

This study was to observe the application efficacy of soluble hemostatic gauze at postoperation of anorectal disease,divided the 540 patients who had received surgery for anorectal disease into observation group （330 cases） and control group（210 cases）;after srugery gave soluble hemostatic gauze to the for- mer, meanwhile gave other drugs to the latter; on the 7 th, 14 th day after surgery observed and compared the status on wound bleeding,edema, pain and granulation tissue growth, as well as average healing time （day）.As results,on the 7th, 14th day,the incidence of wound bleeding, edema and pain in the former was significantly reduced compared with that in the latter, but in normal granulation tissue growth rate the for- mer was higher than in control group;and in average healing time（day） was significantly shorter than in control group, there was statistically significance in difference （ P ~0.05）.Results show that soluble hemo- static gauze can greatly reduce wound bleeding, edema and pain after surgery, promote the formation of normal granulation tissue,as well shorten wound-surface healing time.
