芪珀生脉颗粒对心气虚小鼠心功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]应用高频超声心动图评价芪珀生脉颗粒对心气虚小鼠心功能的影响。[方法]采用控食、强迫游泳和大剂量心得安复合因素造模法建立小鼠心气虚模型,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性药对照组、芪珀生脉大、中、小剂量组,给药14 d后,测定舒张末期和收缩末期左室内径(LVIDd、LVIDs);舒张末期和收缩末期左室后壁厚度(LVPWd、LVPWs);舒张末期和收缩末期室间隔厚度(IVSd、IVSs);舒张末期和收缩末期左室容积(LVEDV、LVESV);左室射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)等指标,评价各组心功能变化。[结果]与正常对照组比,模型组小鼠的心功能明显下降,阳性药对照组、芪珀生脉大、中剂量组的心功能相关指标与模型组相比有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]芪珀生脉颗粒能降低心气虚小鼠LVIDs和LVESV,增加LVPWs和IVSs,抑制心气虚小鼠左心室结构改变,同时升高EF,FS和每搏输出量(SV),改善小鼠心功能。 [Objective] Applied with echocardiography to observe the heart function change of heart Qi deficiency mice and evaluate the effect of Qipo Shengmai granules. [Methods] The model of heart Qi deficiency in mice was established by the method of controlling food, forced swimming and given large dose of propranolol. Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group and Qipo Shengmai granules high/medium/low dose group. After 14 days of administration, the changes of cardiac function refers to LVIDs, LVIDd, LVPWd, LVPWs, IVSd, IVSs, LVEDV, LVESV, EF, FS, in mice were determined. [Results] Compared with the model group and positive control group, the cardiac function of model group was significantly decreased. Compared with the positive control group, Qipo Shengmai granules high/medium dose group heart function improved significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Qipo Shengmai granules improves cardiac function in heart Qi deficiency mice.
