摘要
与其他密封胶类似,中空玻璃用密封胶的黏度、适用期、表干时间、深部固化时间及其对基材的粘结性能等使用性能也会受到环境温湿度变化的影响。本文以双组分硅酮中空玻璃密封胶为例,借助大量的试验研究,分析了环境温湿度对中空玻璃密封胶性能的影响,供广大中空玻璃生产厂家参考借鉴。
Similar to other sealants, the performances of sealant for insulating glass are also affected by the ambient temperature and humidity variations, such as viscosity, pot life, surface drying time, deep curing time and its bonding property to substrate etc. Taking two-component silicone sealant for insulating glass as an example, the article analyzes the influences of ambient temperature and humidity on the performances of insulating glass sealant with the help of extensive experimental studies, which can be references for most insulating glass manufacturers.
