浅谈提升高职高专外语专业学生职业素养的对策

Strategies for improving the professional quality of foreign- language majors in vocational and technical colleges

目前,高职高专外语专业学生的就业竞争力下降,实际专业对口率偏低,导致外语专业招生困难,在读的学生对未来感到迷茫。究其原因,除受大环境的影响外,学生自身也存在着一定的问题。因此,必须提升高职高专外语专业学生的职业素养,增强自身竞争力,引导学生走出就业创业困境,更好的求职就业。

At present, students majoring in foreign languages in vocational and technical col- leges have little confidence in their future employment due to their poor competitiveness at the job market, which also leads to the declining enrollment of the students majoring in foreign languages in such colleges. Besides the negative influence of the overall situation, the students themselves have some problems. The solutions to their employment problem include the improvement of their professional quality and competitiveness plus a correct guidance by the institutions and persons in- volved.
