促结缔组织增生性小圆细胞肿瘤致梗阻性黄疸一例

摘要 患者女性，20岁。因“右上腹疼痛不适1个月”入院，伴腹胀、恶心、呕吐、黄疸。既往体健。查体：右上腹压痛，无反跳痛，余无异常。化验：TBi1 263．1μmol／L，DBil 242．7μmol／L，IBi120．4μmol／L，ALT373U／L，AST199U／L，AFP7．5μg／L，CEA 1．1μg/L，CA19-91036．6kU／L。
