扁平苔藓样角化病

A case of lichen planus-like keratosis

报告1例扁平苔藓样角化病的患者经病理取材后自愈现象。患者女,45岁。因鼻梁部暗红色斑片1年余就诊。皮肤科检查:鼻背部可见一1.0 cm×1.0 cm的暗红色斑丘疹,类圆形,表面粗糙伴少许鳞屑。皮损组织病理检查:表皮角化过度伴灶性角化不全,棘层轻度肥厚,部分区域基底层液化变性,其下方淋巴细胞带状浸润,表皮近基底层处可见胶样小体。患者于局部病理取材1年后,皮损完全消退。

One case of post-biopsy-self-healing lichen planus-like keratosis is reported. A 45-year-old female presented with dark red patch on the nose for over a year. Physical examination showed an oval dark red maculopapule measuring 1.0 cm ×1.0 cm on the nose with rough surface and a few scales. Histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis with focal parakeratosis, mild hyperplasia of stratum spinosum, liquefaction degeneration at the basal layer, lymphocytic infiltration beneath the basal layer, and colloid bodies near the basal layer. One year after skin lesion biopsy, the lesions disappeared completely.
