摘要
介绍了某超高层建筑工程实例的结构选型及抗震设计。工程为"人"字形平面的超高层建筑,结构平面的三个翼塔连接薄弱,结构中心上下层设置了多个共享中庭空间,结构平面中心大部分楼层没有楼板连接,造成抗震非常不利。针对此种情况通过3种模型的对比分析,提出了合理的结构解决方案,并通过有效的计算分析和构造措施实现预定的抗震性能目标。
The structural form selection and seismic design of a super high-rise building project were introduced. The super high-rise building project has herringbone-shaped plane and three wing towers in the structure plane have weak connections.A variety of shared atrium spaces were set in the upper and lower layers of the center of the structure,and there was no floor connection in the most floors at the center of the structure plane,resulting in very unfavorable seismic ability.According to the comparative analysis of 3 models,a reasonable structural solution was proposed,and the intended seismic performance objectives were achieved through effective calculation and analysis and structural measures.
