提高护理人员心肺复苏及心血管急救技能方法探讨

The methods and effects of improving cardiopulmonary resuscitation and cardiovascular emergency skills of nursing staff in nursing process

目的:探讨提高护理工作流程中护理人员心肺复苏及心血管急救技能的方法与效果。方法:对护理人员进行心肺复苏及心血管急救相关的理论和操作的摸底考核,并建立成绩档案。根据摸底情况制定培训计划,确定考核项目及考核流程。采用集中授课与分组随机模拟演练的培训方法,培训结束后进行理论和操作的考核。结果:心肺复苏及心血管急救相关的理论考核成绩明显好于培训前,理论成绩优秀率由培训前的20.83%提升至58.33%;操作水平大幅度的提高,操作成绩优秀率由培训前的8.33%提升至46.67%。结论:采用集中授课与分组随机模拟演练相结合的方法是取得良好培训效果的重要途径。

Objective： To explore the methods and effects of improving cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid skills of nursing staff in nursing process. Methods： In June 2015, in order to improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation and cardiovascular emergency skills of nursing staff in the nursing process, first the head nurses and general nurses organized long general nursing personnel to take cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency cardiovascular care diagnostic assessment of related both in theory and in practice, and create a record. Then, according to the situation, the training program was developed, and the assessment process was confirmed, and the training was carried out according to the plan. Training is a method of teaching and grouping random simulation exercises, which will be assessed in the same way after a month. Results：①Through related theory assessment scores of training of nursing staff cardiopulmonary resuscitation and cardiovascular emergency were significantly better than the training before. The excellent rate of theoretical examination results increased from 20.83%to 58.33%. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. ②To improve the level of operation related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency cardiovascular care through training of nursing staff, the excellence rate of assessment of operation performance increased from 8.33%to 46.67%, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion：To improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation and cardiovascular emergency skills of nursing staff in nursing work flow, the combination of intensive teaching and random simulation exercises is an important way to achieve good training results.
