苦碟子注射液联合雷公藤多苷治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效评估

EVALUATION ON THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF KUDIEZI INJECTION COMBINED WITH TRIPTERYGIUM GLYCOSIDES IN THE TREATMENT OF EARLY DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

目的:探讨苦碟子注射液联合雷公藤多苷治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:将2011年3月至2015年2月陕西省咸阳市第一人民医院肾内科收治的84例早期DN患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采用雷公藤多苷治疗,实验组采用苦碟子注射液+口服雷公藤多苷治疗。对比两组患者治疗前、后的尿白蛋白与肌酐比值(ACR)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、肌酐(Scr)、血压、血脂、血糖、血流变学指标。结果:治疗后,实验组的ACR、Scr、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血流变学指标(全血黏度高、中、低切值)、红细胞聚集指数显著优于对照组(P<0.01),两组之间的血糖、HbA1c、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苦碟子注射液联合雷公藤多苷治疗早期DN的疗效确切,对于改善患者肾功能,维护患者生命健康具有重要的临床意义。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of the injection of Kudiezi and tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods：84hospitalized early DN patients from March2011 to February 2015 in our hospital were recruited and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Patients in the control group were treated with tripterygium glycosides,while those in the experimental group were treated with Kudiezi injection combined with tripterygium glycosides.After treatment,the urea albumin creatinine ratio（ACR）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）,creatinine（Scr）,blood pressure,blood fat,blood glucose and blood rheology index were compared between two groups.Results：After the treatment,the ACR,Scr,total cholesterol（TC）and triglyceride（TG）of experimental group were considerably lower than those of control group（P〈0.01）,and blood rheology index and red cell assembling index were markedly better than those of control group（P〈0.01）.There were no significant differences in blood glucose,HbA1 c,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Kudiezi injection combined with tripterygium glycosides has exact curative effect in the treatment of early DN,and the drug combination has important significance in improving kidney function and maintaining a healthy life.
