复方丹参滴丸联合抗癫痫药物治疗外伤性癫痫的疗效评估

THE EFFECT OF COMPOUND DANSHEN DRIPPING PILL COMBINED WESTERN MEDICINEON TRAUMATIC EPILEPSY

目的:探讨采用复方丹参滴丸联合抗癫痫药物治疗外伤性癫痫(PTE)的临床效果以及对其预后的影响。方法:将2013年4月至2014年8月陕西省咸阳市第一人民医院神经内科收治的90例PTE患者,按治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理和抗癫痫药物(地西泮、苯巴比妥或硫喷妥钠)对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用复方丹参滴丸(每次10粒/次,3次/d)治疗,观察两组在治疗前、治疗3个月后的血清炎性指标[血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)]与血浆一氧化氮(NO)水平变化情况,评价两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者CRP、TNF-α、IL-6与血浆NO水平比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者CRP、TNF-α及IL-6与血浆NO水平均得到有效改善,且观察组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而血浆NO水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.1%、73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合抗癫痫药物对PTE具有较好的治疗效果,能更好地减轻患者体内炎性因子水平,同时促进脑血管舒张、抑制血栓形成,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical application value of danshen dripping pill in combination with western medicine in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy.Methods：90cases of traumatic epilepsy patients in our hospital from April 2013 to August 2014 were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the control group was given routine nursing and anti-epileptic western medicine symptomatic treatment,and those in the experimental group was treated as the control group with the addition of danshen dripping pill.After 3months of treatment,the serum inflammatory indexes（CRP,TNF-αand IL-6）and the change of the plasma NO levels of both groups were observed.Results：After 3months of treatment,the serum inflammatory indicators of both groups were effectively improved,and the level of plasma NO,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the plasma NO level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were91.1% and 73.3%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The western medicine combined with danshen dripping pill has better effect for the treatment of traumatic epilepsy,by reducing the inflammatory response,promoting cardiovascular diastole and inhibiting thrombosis.This combination has positive clinical significance.
