化疗间歇期随访路径表对年轻宫颈癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

IMPACT OF FOLLOW-UP STUDY DURING THE INTERMITTENT CHEMOTHERAPY ON THE MENTAL STATUS AND LIFE QUALITY OF YOUNG PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL CANCER

目的:探讨化疗间歇期随访路径表对年轻宫颈癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:针对化疗间歇期不同阶段出现的问题,制订"宫颈癌化疗间歇期随访路径表"。将符合入组条件的60例患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组30例,观察组采用"宫颈癌化疗间歇期随访路径表"进行分阶段式电话随访;对照组采用出院3d内1次,以后每周1次电话随访的方式至下个化疗周期,随访内容同观察组。两组患者分别在入组前和入组后的第3个化疗间歇期,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、癌症患者生活质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)对患者进行精神心理评估及生活质量的调查。结果:观察组焦虑和抑郁情绪得到明显改善,观察组患者生活质量高于对照组患者。结论:应用化疗间歇期随访路径表进行分阶段式随访,方便医护人员对年轻宫颈癌患者化疗间歇期不良反应的观察,针对所出现的不良反应及时给予对症处理,促进患者化疗间歇期的健康恢复,提高年轻宫颈癌患者化疗间歇期的生活质量。

Objective：To improve the quality of life of young patients with cervical cancer in intermittent chemotherapy after repeated cycles of chemotherapy.Methods：According to the intermittent chemotherapy problems of different stages,the chemotherapy follow-up path table was developed.60 cases of eligible cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the observation group received intermittent chemotherapy of cervical cancer follow-up path table together with telephone follow-up,and the patients in the control group were followed up once within three days after discharged from hospital,followed by weekly telephone follow-up,including the same follow-up content as the observation group.The psychological condition and the quality of life in both groups of patients were evaluated using the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,the self-rating depression scale（SDS）,and the EORTC core quality of life questionnaires（QLQ-C30）of the patients,before and after entering the third intermittent chemotherapy.Results：Depression,anxiety and the life quality of patients in the observation group were improved significantly compared with those in the control group.Conclusion：Application of intermittent chemotherapy followed by the follow-up path table can be useful for medical staff in the treatment of cervical cancer during intermittent chemotherapy;promote the recovery of patients during intermission of chemotherapy for health;improve the life quality of young cervical cancer patients.
