摘要
节油点火是新建大中型燃煤锅炉应考虑的节能措施之一,结合新疆准东某煤制天然气项目汽电联产装置煤粉锅炉点火方式,以锅炉容量、所烧中等热值、低灰分、高水分的烟煤为设计基础,目的是减少将来锅炉在点火和低负荷运行时对燃料油和燃气的消耗。文章从工作原理、系统组成、适用范围、可靠性、投资及运行费用、环保影响等方面对锅炉常用的等离子点火、微油点火和常规点火三种方式进行了分析比较,重点在节油点火与常规点火的综合评价,最后提出了建议方案。
Oil-saving ignition shall be considered as one of the energy saving measures for new large and medium-sized power boiler system design.This paper analyzes the ignition ways for pulverized coal firing boiler of the thermal power plant for the SNG project in Zhundong District of Xinjiang.Taking the boiler capacity,properties of middle heat value,low ash and high moisture of bituminous coal as the design basis,the project aims to reduce the fuel oil or gas consumption for boiler ignition and low load operation in future.The paper analyzes and compares three common ignition ways involving plasma ignition,micro-oil ignition and conventional ignition from such aspects as working principles,system components,application scopes,reliability,investment,operation costs as well as environmental impacts.It focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of oil-saving ignition and conventional ignition.Finally,the paper brings forward some proposals.
