摘要
近年来,美国UOP公司开发了新的氯处理技术-Chlorsorb吸附技术,用来代替传统的碱洗技术。这种吸附技术比碱洗技术流程简单,操作维护起来更加方便,设备投资也更节省。但由于有氯的存在,如果设备管道布置不合理或者操作不当造成介质温度低于露点温度,会造成管道及设备的氯腐蚀情况发生。文章对如何避免氯腐蚀问题进行了分析。
In recent years,UOP Company has developed a new chlorine treatment technologyChlorsorb adsorption technology-which is used to replace the traditional alkaline cleaning technology.Compared with alkaline cleaning technology,the Chlorsorb adsorption process is simple,more convenient for operation and maintenance and more economical in equipment investment.But due to the presence of chlorine in the process,chlorine corrosion of pipeline and equipment will occur if the flow temperature is lower than its dew point temperature caused by unreasonable equipment and piping layout or improper operation.This paper makes an analysis on how to avoid the chlorine corrosion of pipeline and equipment and presents corresponding solutions.
