柚子花浸膏工艺对抑制羟自由基能力影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验以浸膏中抑制羟自由基能力的测定值为指标,在单因素基础上,设计混合型的均匀试验方案,提取柚子花浸膏工艺.在对各变量进行逐步回归分析后,建立了二次多项式回归模型,得到最佳工艺参数.经验证性试验验证,取刚开柚子花,粉碎,在70%乙醇浓度,86.5℃,77 min 10 s,料液比1:10的工艺条件下,测得柚子花浸膏抑制羟自由基能力(U/m L)为262.53.理论与实际误差为3.43%.实验值与理论值是吻合度较高,验证了该模型的有效性. The experiment took the measured value of inhibited hydroxyl free radical ability in extracts as index, designed a mixed-type uniform experiment for technologies of extraction concrete from pomelo blossoms. After making regression analysis to all variables gradually, it established quadratic polynomial regression model to obtain optimal technological parameters. It has been verified through verifying test that the inhibited hydroxyl free radical ability (U/mL) of pomelo blossoms extracts was tested to be 262.53 in smashed newly-opened pomelo blossoms under the conditions of 70% ethanol concentration, 86.5℃,77 min 10 s, and a material to liquid ratio of 1:10. The error between theory and practice was 3.43%. The coincidence is relatively high between experimental value and theoretical value which verified the effectiveness of this model.
