摘要
采用无氟无硅防水剂HJ-EFFR对涤纶织物进行防水整理,优化的整理工艺为:防水剂HJ-EFFR 30 g/L,交联剂HJ-C03 6 g/L,pH值为6,焙烘温度170℃,焙烘时间2 min。结果表明,涤纶织物经防水剂HJ-EFFR整理后,防水性能比含有C8的ACTO-4800A稍差,但优于含有C6的ACTO-4800。20次洗涤后织物的防水性能达到80分。
Water proof finish of polyester fabric with fluorine- and silicon-free waterproofing agent HJ- EFFR is carried out. The optimal finishing process is: waterproofing agent HJ-EFFR 30 g/L, cross-linker H J-C03 6 g/L, pH value 6, curing at 170 ℃ for 2 min. The results show that the performance of polyester fabric treated with waterproofing agent HJ-EFFR is slightly poorer than that with ACTO-4800A (C8), but better than that with AC-To-4800 (C6). The water proof performance of treated fabric reaches 80 points after 20 times washing.
