摘要
纳米科学的迅速发展为癌症诊疗提供了新的可能。纳米银作为纳米材料家族中非常重要的一员,具有独特的光电特性和生物学效应,有应用于癌症早期诊断和靶向治疗的潜能。生物法是一种环境友好、简便高效的纳米银合成方法,制备得到的纳米银生物相容性好,更加适用于生物医学领域。该文以纳米银在癌症诊疗中的应用为出发点,重点综述了近年来生物法合成纳米银及其在癌症诊疗中应用的研究进展,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。
The rapid development of nanoscience offers new possibilities for cancer treatment. As one of the most important nanomaterials, silver nanoparticles possess unique optical, electrical properties and biological effects and are potential in cancers' early diagnosis and targeted therapy. Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles is an environmentally friendly, facile, and efficient method, and the prepared silver nanoparticles show better biocompatibility which makes them more suitable for the applications in biomedical field. In the present paper, taking the applications of silver nanoparticles in cancer diagnosis and therapy as the starting point, the recent progress of their biosynthesis and applications in cancer treatment was reviewed, and the future orientations were a/so prospected.
