燃煤电厂烟气污染物近零排放工程实践分析 被引量:25

摘要 2013年以来,神华集团提出了燃煤发电机组达到《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB13223—2011)中燃气轮机组大气污染物排放浓度限值的煤电"近零排放"企业标准,制定了相关的技术路线并开展了工程实践。论文针对神华集团的典型近零排放改造燃煤机组,基于现场运行和测试数据,考察了其近零排放改造前后的烟气中烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物污染物排放特征。研究表明,神华集团京津冀辽区域不同等级燃煤机组实施近零排放改造后,在测试的不同发电负荷范围内,烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度基本都能够长期低于燃气轮机组排放浓度限值。实践表明,燃煤机组实施近零排放改造,在技术上可行、经济上合理,环境效果显著。 The industrial standard of "near-zero emission" were put forwarded by Shenhua Group Corporation Ltd. since 2013, which required the emissions from coal-fired power plants is lower than that for the gas turbine power plants of the emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants(GB13223—2011). The different technological roadmaps have been studied and different engineering practices have been carried out by Shenhua Group Corporation Ltd. In this paper, typical near-zero emissions coal-fired units of Shenhua in the area of Jing-Jin-Ji-Liao were investigated. The emission data of the pollutions(PM, SO2, NOx) before and after the nero-zero emission retrofitted were collected and analysis in the field of different power plants. After units retrofitted, the results show that the PM, SO2, and NOx concentration are lower than that emission limits for the gas turbine power plants with different loads in the long-term studied. The practice of near-zero emissions indicate that it is technical feasible, economical reasonable and environmental effects significant.
