虚拟咨询是知识交易系统中最具影响力的模式之一。在知识交易过程中,虚拟咨询企业常常会遇到产品定价、知识资源浪费、威客作弊侵权、赏金回流、威客信用等知识交易环节存在的诸多问题,这成为制约虚拟咨询知识交易发展的主要障碍。文章以高速发展和广泛应用的移动终端App技术为支撑,通过对现行虚拟咨询交易系统中的定价、竞标、支付、评价等模块进行重构,有效地解决上述问题,促进了虚拟咨询知识交易活动的规范化、公平化和有序化。同时,改变了知识交易平台的模式单一化和平台局限性,加快了虚拟咨询知识交易的便捷性,增强了虚拟咨询知识交易系统的实用性。参考文献10。

Virtual reference is one of the most influential model of knowledge trading system. In the process of knowledge transaction, virtual reference enterprises often encounter lots of problems such as product pricing, knowledge resource wasting, infringement and cheating in witkey, bounty backflowing, witkey credits and so on, which have become the main obstacles restricting the development of virtual reference knowledge transaction. In this paper, we solve above problems effectively by module refactoring in terms of pricing, bidding, payments as well as evaluation in the trading system of current virtual reference with the rapid development and wide applica- tion of mobile terminal App technology, which guarantee the transaction can operate in a more fair, standardized and orderly manner. Besides, it changes the knowledge model simplification of the trading platform and platform limitations, speeds up the virtual reference knowledge trading convenience, and enhances the practicability of virtual reference knowledge trading system as well. 10 refs.
