摘要
为解决煤层气定向钻进中存在的小曲率半径钻进难,钻进效率低等技术问题,从而有效地提高煤层气的开采效果,提出采用激光钻井技术来进行煤层气智能定向钻进的思路,在国内外钻井专家公认的激光钻井技术相对于传统钻井技术各项优点的基础之上,结合煤层气定向钻进过程中钻遇煤岩本身特性,通过激光钻孔作用过程的理论分析和试验研究,从破岩可行性、工艺可行性、钻具可行性、安全工艺保障、激光钻进+气体钻进工艺的优势、激光钻井+定向钻进的优势、激光钻井+智能钻进的优势等方面证明了激光钻井技术应用于煤层气定向钻进中的可行性和优势。
In order to solve the small curvature radius drilling difficulty, low drilling efficiency and other technical problems existed in the directional drilling of the coalbed methane, to effectively improve the mining effect of the coalbed methane, an idea of the laser drilling technology was provided and applied to the intelligent directional drilling of the coalbed methane. Based on each advantages of the laser drilling technology accepted by the drilling experts at home and abroad better than the conventional drilling technology, in combined with the coal and rock features occurred in the directional drilling of the coalbed methane, from the rock breaking feasibility, technique feasibility, drilling tools feasibility, safety technique guarantee, the advantages of the laser drilling + air drilling technique, advantages of the laser drilling + directional drilling, advantages of the laser drilling + intelligent drilling and others, the theoretical analysis and experiment study on the function process of the laser drilling showed the feasibility and advantages of the laser drilling technology applied to the directional drilling of the coalbed methane.
