摘要 饲料检测是保障饲料安全的重要技术手段,本文对饲料中铜和锌的检测技术和方法 (原子吸收光谱法、分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体-质谱分析法、激光诱导击穿光谱)进行了综述,分析了各检测方法的特点以及研究进展情况,并对饲料中铜和锌检测技术的应用及发展前景进行了展望。 Feed detection is an important technical means to protect the safety of feed.In this paper,from the atomic absorption spectroscopy,spectrophotometry inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and inductively cou- pled plasma mass spectrometry, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy in recent years to feed in copper and zinc detection technology and methods were reviewed ,the detection methods and research progress were analyzed ,and application and development of copper and zinc in feed detection technology for the future were prospected.
