摘要
为了解国内市场上原料及饲料中霉菌毒素的含量及其污染情况,本研究从市场上共收集121个样品,采用酶联免疫吸附法分别对其黄曲霉毒素B1、玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素含量进行测定。结果表明:我国原料及饲料中黄曲霉毒素污染较严重,呕吐毒素污染范围有所增加,玉米赤霉烯酮的污染呈下降趋势。
In order to understand the toxin content and its pollution situation in the raw materials and feed in the domestic market.A total of 121 samples were collected from the market, the aflatoxin B1,zearalenone and vomitoxin content were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that the aflatoxin contamination in raw mate- rial and feed in our country was more serious,raw materials and feed contaminated aflatoxin was serious,the range of the vomitoxin pollution was increased,the pollution of zearalenone was decreased.
