摘要
座位布局在餐饮空间设计中具有重要作用,而餐饮空间中的座位布置往往是反映礼仪制度、生活习惯的重要媒介,不仅影响到家具布置,而且也影响到室内空间布局。通过对中国文艺作品中描绘的历史上若干宴饮场景分析,解读其座位布局,以初步探讨从先秦到清代餐饮空间布局的发展变化。
Seat layout plays an important role in design of catering space, and seat layout in catering space is always an important media that reflects ritual system and living habits, which has influence not only on furniture layout but also on layout of interior space. Through analyzing historical banquet scenes depicted in Chinese artistic works and interpreting the seat layout, this paper preliminarily discussed the development and change of catering space layout from pre-Qin period to the Qing Dynasty.
