摘要
结合上海"十三五"历史文化风貌区和优秀历史建筑保护发展规划,围绕上海国际大都市和建设全球城市的目标和"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的理念,尊重和顺应城市发展规律,借鉴国外先进经验,发挥法治引领作用。在为兄弟省市服务、为"一带一路"服务、为依法建设和管理城市等方面,还需要花更硬的功夫、尽最大的努力、集更多的智慧,共同促进历史文化遗产保护管理水平的不断提高。
It shall respect and follow the urban development rules, using overseas advanced experience for reference and bring legal guiding function into play according to the protection and development planning for historical cultural areas and excellent historical buildings of the ＂13th five-year plan＂ of Shanghai and focusing on Shanghai＇s goal of international metropolis and global city as well as the idea of ＂innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing＂. With regard to serving brother cities, serving ＂one belt one road＂ policy, lawfully constructing and managing city, it still has to make the greatest effort and gather more wisdom to jointly promote protection and management of historical and cultural relics.
