摘要
现今能耗与环境破坏日益严重,可持续绿色建筑设计受到世界范围内的广泛关注。迫切要求我国建筑业走可持续发展之路,大力推行绿色建筑,建立相应的绿色建筑环境评价体系,使绿色建筑的各项技术措施和手段落到实处。广义建筑节能理念不同于传统建筑节能,它相比其更直接、更全面,对帮助绿色建筑环境的建设有创新性的突破。文章提出了广义建筑节能的概念,从整体节能、海绵城市、既有建筑改造、节能建筑材料、城市整体规划、节能评估考虑,旨在分析广义建筑节能与绿色建筑环境的关系。
The energy consumption and environmental destruction is becoming worse and worse, design of sustainable green building is widely concerned worldwide. It urgently requires China's building industry to go a sustainable development way, forcefully promotes green building, establishes corresponding environmental evaluation system for green buildings and fulfills each technical measures of green building. Different from traditional building energy saving, the generalized building energy saving concept is more direct and comprehensive and it has innovative breakthrough for construction of green building environment. The paper proposes the concept of generalized energy saving from overall energy saving, sponge city, remolding of existing buildings, energy saving building material, overall urban planning to energy saving evaluation aiming at analyze the relationship between generalized building energy saving and green building environment.
