摘要
活塞式压缩机气阀运动规律的测试 ,揭示了气阀的内部工作过程 ,对气阀的理论研究和设计生产具有很好的辅助作用。以往大多采用光电法、电感法、电容法测试 ,这些方法的共同特点是必须在气阀中置入一个预先准备好的探头 ,这样就破坏了气阀结构 ,影响了进、排气 ,改变了阀片运动规律的真实状况。光电法探头体积较大成本高 ,不适于小型压缩机气阀测试 ,而电感法和电容法存在着较大的非线性失真 ,调节平衡困难 ,探头制造麻烦 ,这些问题都不利于微机测试技术的应用。根据网状阀弹条变形的理论分析 ,介绍了电阻应变式探头的设计原理和制作方法 ,用微机自动采集分析测试系统代替了传统仪器的测量 ,具有精度高、分辨率大、调整简便等特点 。
Testing piston compressor's gas valve movement reveals the working process inside the gas valve, it has assistant effects for the theory study of the gas valve and the product design. It used to employ the light electricity method, the electrical influence method and the capacitor method. The common properties of these methods are that it must put a prepared probe inside the gas valve, but this will destroy the structure of the gas valve, affect the inset and the discharge, further more, this will change the real status of the valve blade's movement. The volume of the probe used in the light electricity method is large, and its cost is high, so it does not fit for testing small compressor's gas valve, while the electrical influence method and the capacitor method have large non-linear distortion, therefore it is difficult to be used to adjust the equilibrium, and to make the probe. These are unfavorable for applying microcomputer test technology. According to theory analysis of net-formed valve's elastomeric distortion, a design theory and making method of the resistant strain probe was introduced, and the micro-computer automatic gathering and analysis test system was used to replace the traditional instruments, it is with the properties of high accuracy, large distinctive rate, adjusting flexibility. This system has achieved the microcomputer assistant test of the gas valve's movement.
