部分地区瓜蒌饮片的微生物污染状况分析 被引量:16

Analysis of the Microbial Contamination Status of Trichosanthis Fructus Decoction Pieces

摘要 目的考察瓜蒌饮片的微生物污染现状,为中药饮片微生物限度检查方法及其限度标准的完善提供参考。方法对瓜蒌中的需氧菌总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数、耐热菌数、耐胆盐革兰阴性菌数、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和沙门菌进行检测。结果瓜蒌饮片中的需氧菌总污染率100%,霉菌和酵母菌总污染率59%,耐热菌总污染率91%,耐胆盐革兰阴性菌总污染率91%,大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌或沙门菌均未检出。结论从安全性角度建议对瓜蒌饮片从需氧菌总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数、耐热菌数、耐胆盐革兰阴性菌数、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和沙门菌方面进行全面的微生物控制。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the microbial contamination of trichosanthis fructus decoction pieces, and provide a refer- ence for the test method and standard of the microbial limit. METHODS Trichosanthis fructus decoction pieces were tested for the total aerobe microbial count, the total combined yeasts and molds count, the thermoduric bacteria count, the bile-tolerant gram-negative bacteria, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella. RESULTS The total contamination per- centages of aerobes, combined yeasts and molds, thermoduric bacteria, bile-tolerant gram-negative bacteria of trichosanthis fructus are 100% , 59% , 91% , and 91% ,respectively. Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and salmonella of tri- chosanthis fructus were not detected. CONCLUSION To assure the safety of trichosanthis fructus decoction pieces, it is recommen- ded to control the total aerobe microbial count, the total combined yeasts and molds count, the thermoduric bacteria count, the bile-tol- erant gram-negative bacteria, escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa and salmonella.
