摘要
通过取一定工况 ,在液压履带起重机提升机构液压元件数学模型的基础上 ,建立了液压系统的数学模型 ,得到输入输出传递函数 ,简化传递函数 ,系统仿真采用状态空间法研究其过渡过程品质。仿真过程中确定了各主要参数 ,且通过改变一些参数来研究系统的动态特性。并在样机上进行了实验验证 ,研究结果表明实验和仿真结果动态曲线比较吻合。因此提升机构液压系统建模、仿真可作为今后液压履带起重机液压系统改进、设计的依据。对提升机构液压系统动态特性的研究 ,同样也适合履带起重机其它液压系统 。
A hydraulic system's mathematic model was established through taking a certain conditions and bases on the established mathematic model of lifting structural hydraulic elements of truck crane. The input/output transfer function was obtained and simplified. The system's simulation adopts state-space method to study its transition process property. All primary parameters were determined during the process of simulation, and system's dynamic property was studied as well by changing some parameters. Experiment on the sample machine was done. The study result shows: the result of simulation almost matches with the eexperimental result. Thus establishing mathematic model and simulating can be the basis of designing and improving the track crane's hydraulic system.The result as well as fits study of other hydraulic system of the truck crane and gives some references for study of other engineering machines.
