摘要
在SmCl_3和ZnCl_2混合溶液中加入NH4Cl,用碳酸氢铵沉淀法实现Sm3+和Zn2+分离,制备氧化钐产品。研究了料液中SmCl_3、ZnCl_2、NH4Cl浓度、沉淀终点pH值和沉淀反应温度对Sm_2O_3产品中ZnO含量的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为料液中SmCl_3、ZnCl_2、NH_4Cl浓度分别为0.6mol/L、0.0614mol/L、3mol/L,沉淀终点pH值为6.0,反应温度60℃,料液中锌不沉淀,以ZnCl_4^(2-)存在碳酸钐沉淀母液中,得到的Sm_2O_3产品中ZnO含量小于5×10^(-5)。
Sm^3+ and Zn^2+ were separated by the precipitation method of ammonium bicarbonate from the mixed solution of ZnCl2 and SmCl3 with NH4Cl for the preparation of Sm2O3 products. This article studies the influence of the concentration about SmCl3,NH4Cl and ZnCl2,the final p H value and reaction temperature on the content of ZnO in Sm2O3 products. The results show that the optimal process parameters were that the concentration of SmCl3,ZnCl2 and NH4Cl successively was0. 6 mol/L,0. 0614 mol/L and 3 mol/L in the feed liuquid,pH of the precipitation terminal was 6,the reaction temperature of precipitation was 60 ℃. Zinc in the feed was not precipitated and the form of ZnCl42^- was existed in the precipitation solution of samarium carbonate. The content of Zn O in Sm2O3 products was less than 5 × 10^-5.
