摘要
白酒质量安全问题关系到国民健康和白酒行业健康发展,近年来,白酒质量与安全问题日益凸现,给消费者的健康带来重大威胁,造成白酒行业信任危机。为此,该文从影响我国白酒安全和品质两个方面可能存在风险进行分析,并提出概括性控制措施及建议对策,有利于促进我国白酒行业健康发展。
The quality and safety of Baijiu (Chinese liquor) has related to people' s health and healthy development of Chinese Baijiu industry. In recent years, the quality and safety incidents of Chinese Baijiu happened, which brought a major threat to the health of consumers and a major crisis of confidence in the Chinese Baijiu industry. Therefore, the factors which may bring risk to the safety and quality of Baijiu were reviewed. Meanwhile, the corresponding control measures and countermeasures were pointed out, which is beneficial to promote healthy development of Baijiu-making industry.
