Substantical Contents, Great Ambition, True Emotions and Glorious Characters:A Brief Discussion on TONG Qing-bing's Prose Creation

童庆炳不仅是当代著名的文艺理论家,同时还是一位作家,其散文创作不仅继承了中国古典散文深于比兴取象之妙,更汲取了五四散文主抒情、重审美、尚性灵一脉之长,还兼具了当代学者散文的开阔视野与文化情怀,具有"志足"、"情信"、"辞巧"三大特点。在"生命"文学观的召唤下,童庆炳努力突破文学理论研究与文学创作实践之间的藩篱,形成了独具一格的"创作美学",对中国当代作家和当代文学发展产生了重要影响。

TONG Qing-bing is not only a famous contemporary literary theorist but also a great writer. He inherited the skills of metaphor and imagery in composing Chinese classical prose, drew the qualities of emphasizing lyric, aesthetic, and soul arteries of the May Fourth Movement prose and possessed broad visions and cultural emotions of contemporary scholar prose. Therefore, ＂great anabition＂,＂true emotions＂ and ＂glorious characters＂ can be described as three major characteristics of his prose creation. Listening to the call of the literary view of ＂life＂, TONG Qing-bing tried to break barriers between the study of literary theory and literary creation practice and formed a unique ＂creative aesthetics＂, making vital influence to the contemporary Chinese writers and the development of contemporary literature.
