摘要
20世纪二三十年代,安徽中学教师多数受过中高等教育,整体上具有较高的文化知识水平。但是作为一个群体,在任职资格、学历结构、教学经验、师资性别比例、工资待遇差等方面存在诸多问题,制约了安徽中学教育的发展。
In the 1920s and 1930s, most of Anhui middle school teachers received medium and higher education and had a relatively high standard of culture and knowledge. However, as a group, there existed problems such as qualifications, academic degrees, teaching experience, sex ratios and salaries, limiting the development of middle school education in Anhui.
