摘要
政府职能绩效评估是值得关注的领域,科学开展政府绩效评估不仅有助政府职能转变,还有助于政府职能落实和行政创新。目前政府绩效评估指标体系尚不够科学和规范,政府绩效评估程序、方法和结果运用亟待改进。大数据技术可以助力政府绩效评估,科学构建政府绩效评价体系,有效支撑绩效评价的技术框架,完善政府绩效评价系统性设计。
The performance evaluation of government is an area worth of attention. A scientific evalutaion helps the government transform its functions, carry out its duties and innovate its administration. However, the index system is far from being scientific and standard and the precedure, method and result application need improving. The big data technology helps to evaluate the government performance, establish evaluation systems and provide a technological framework and improve the systematic design.
