新型城镇化视角下产城融合理论与发展路径研究

Industry-city Integration Theory and Development Path from the Perspective of New Urbanization

我国城镇化和工业化各自蓬勃发展几十年之后,弊端逐渐显露出来,产城分离发展现象愈发普遍,有产无城和有城无产导致大量"鬼城"和"睡城"出现,造成了资源的巨大浪费,同时也引发了一系列社会问题。产城融合发展有利于刺激消费,扩大内需,跨越"中等收入陷阱"。新型城镇化、产业结构升级、基础设施建设、城市带建设都是产城融合发展的积极因素,要进一步完善制度设计,完善产城融合的理论体系,促进产城融合的可持续发展。

After China＇s urbanization and industrialization are booming in the past few decades, defects were gradually revealed. Industry-city separation became more and more common. Industry without city and city without industry caused lots of ghost towns and deserted cities, not only causing a huge waste of resources but also triggering a serious of social problems. The integration will promote the constant development of economy, expand domestic demand, and leap over the trap of medium salary. New urbanization, upgrading industrial structure, infrastructure construction, city belt building are all conducive fators of industry-city integration and development. The system design and the theory system need to be improved for the sustainable development of industry-city integration.
