摘要
创新驱动实质就是人才驱动,因此在创新驱动下的企业人才开发具有重要的意义。本文在深入剖析组织创新驱动人才开发环境的基础上,从人力资本视角,提出企业要不断增加人才开发投入,以投资拉动人力资本提升,同时需要营造鼓励创新的氛围,促进人才自主提升;从生态系统视角,企业应当跨越边界,培育复合型人才,以及互通互动,盘活创新生态。
The essence of innovation actuation is talent actuation,so the enterprise talent development driven by innovation is of great significance.On the basis of deeply analyzing the environment of organizing innovation to drive talent development,this paper puts forward from the perspective of human capital that enterprises need to keep increasing talent development investment and build the atmosphere to encourage innovation,so as to promote human capital enhancement and active self-improvement. It is also suggested from the view of ecosystem that enterprises should cross the border to cultivate inter-disciplinary talent and cooperate with each other to vitalize the innovation ecosystem.
