不同焦点人工晶状体植入治疗白内障患者术后视觉效果

Effect of different focal intraocular lens implantation in cataract surgery

目的:探究多焦点和单焦点人工晶状体植入治疗白内障,对比术后患者视觉效果质量的差异及临床价值。方法:选取我院接治的白内障患者65例90眼,根据植入晶状体的不同划分,观察组多焦点人工晶状体的患者32例43眼,对照组单焦点人工晶状体的患者33例47眼。对比术后1、3mo两组患者远近视力;分析术后3mo两组患者的对比敏感度数值及问卷调查结果。结果:术后3mo时观察组患者裸眼远视力(uncorrected distant visual acuity,UDVA)、矫正远视力(corrected distant visual acuity,CDVA)、裸眼近视力(uncorrected near visual acuity,UNVA)及矫正近视力(corrected near visual acuity,CNVA)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3mo,观察组患者有无炫光检测在空间频率3、6、12及18c/d时的敏感度显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3mo对两组进行问卷调查研究时发现,两组患者在夜间行动障碍及眩光头晕方面比较上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在中、近视无需配镜及读书看报不清方面,观察组总体满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用多焦点人工晶状体的患者术后远近视力效果更好,对比敏感度上升,整体满意度高,能够较好地满足患者术后的视觉生活需要。

AIM：To explore the effect of the cataract patients after cataract surgery by the treatment of different focal intraocular lens implantation.METHODS： A total of 65 cases of cataract patients who received treatment in our hospital were selected.According to the different division of implanted crystal,32cases（ 43 eyes） of multifocal intraocular lens were selected as the observation group,33 cases（ 47 eyes）with monofocal intraocular lens were selected as the control group. We compared distant and near visual acuity in two groups who received operations after 1 and3 mo. We analyzed the contrast sensitivity values and the results of questionnaire in two groups. RESULTS： The values of UDVA, CDVA, UNVA and CNVA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3mo after operation（ P 0. 05）; the space frequency detection sensitivity in the observation group received surgery after 3mo was significantly better than that of the control group in 3, 6, 12 and 18 c / d whether glare or not, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; the two groups of patients who received the operation after 3mo were investigated,there were no differences in factor of nocturnal disorders and dizziness in the glare（ P〉0. 05）. We compared different of the night action disorder and glare dizziness in two groups of patients,the difference was no statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. And overall satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION： Postoperative visual acuity of the patients who used multifocal intraocular lens is better,and contrast sensitivity have increased, the overallsatisfaction is high,it can meet the visual life needs of patients.
