摘要
根据高压锅炉给水泵J441C止推端轴承温度高现象,列举出引起该泵止推端轴承温度高故障的原因:泵没有在工况点上运行、轴承温度监测仪表故障、轴承冷却装置故障、轴承受预载荷、轴承损坏、泵轴向推力过大、轴承润滑不良。结合高压锅炉给水泵J441C安装和运行的历史记录,通过分析排除方法,推断出该泵止推端轴承温度高的原因是润滑不良,经过提高润滑油位证实该推断正确,为准确及时处理故障提供理论指导。
According to the high pressure boiler feed water pump J441C thrust bearing temperature is high phenomenon, enumerate the caused for the pump thrust bearing temperature is high fault : the pump is not running on point, bearing temperature monitoring instrument fault, bearing cooling device failure, the pre load, bearing damage, the pump axial thrust is too large, bearing lubrication bad. Combined with high pressure boiler feed water pump J441C historical record of the installation and operation, by analyzing the elimination method, deduce the cause of the pump thrust bearing temperature high is bad lubrication, through improving oil to confirm the inference is correct, provide theoretical guidance for the accurate and timely processing malfunction.
