集成高效煤矿污水处理与回用工艺研究

摘要 介绍了一种煤矿污水处理与回用工艺,具体过程为:污水进入高位沉淀池均衡水质,然后进入净水池进行絮凝沉降,再进入中间曝气池进行充氧曝气,最后进入锰砂过滤器处理,出水达到中水回用标准。该工艺具有以下优点:工艺成熟可靠;污水负荷率高,耐冲击负荷高,对进水要求无限制;污水与混凝剂混合后反应充分,出水水质稳定;增加锰砂过滤器,能更好地处理污水中的铁、锰等金属离子;出水达到中水回用标准,也可用于消防用水,或者直接用于煤矿的喷淋等其他生产用水。 Introduces a process of coal mine wastewater treatment and reuse.The specific process is as follows : the sewage enters the high-level sedimentation tank to balance the water quality, then enters the water tank for flocculation and sedimentation, then enters the middle aeration tank for oxygen aeration, Sand filter treatment, the water to the water reuse standards.The process has the following advantages : the process is mature and reliable : sewage load rate, high impact load, no restrictions on the water requirements : sewage and coagulant mixed with the full response, the water quality and stability : increased manganese sand filter can be better To deal with iron, manganese and other metal ions : effluent to the water reuse standards, can also be used for fire water, or directly for the coal mine spray and other production water.
