汽车轮胎气密层中溴化丁基橡胶的加工配方研究

摘要 采用合理设计配方中的硫化体系、补强体系、增塑体系和防老体系等,对进口溴化丁基橡胶的硫化加工配方开展优化研究,测试优化硫化加工配方条件下的力学性能,得到较好的溴化丁基橡胶硫化加工配方,并将优化后的配方用于自制溶液法溴化丁基橡胶,得到硫化胶的力学性能达到轮胎气密层的使用要求。 The vulcanized processing formulation optimization of imported bromobutyl rubber was studied with the reasonable design of formulations including vulcanization system, filler system, plasticized system, anti-aging system and so on.The optimized vulcanized processing formulations were get, and under the optimized formulation conditions the mechanical property was tested.The optimized formulations were used for synthesized solution bromobutyl rubber, and the mechanical property of vulcanized rubber has achieved application requirement of styre inner liner.
