自动化控制在化工安全生产中的应用

Application of Automatic Control in Chemical Safety Production

随着信息技术的快速发展,自动化控制系统已经逐步应用到了生活中的各个领域。由于自动化控制只需要较少的劳动力,就可以完成以前数十倍劳动力才可以完成的工作,减少了不必要的人力、物力的浪费,提高了工作效率。所以,探究如何将自动化控制合理的运用到化工生产中,是如今化工行业面临的重大问题之一。从自动化控制技术出发,分析目前自动化控制在化工生产中的应用情况,再提出一些可以利用自动化控制提高化工生产安全性的建议。

with the rapid development of information technology, automation control system has been gradually applied to all areas of life.Because,the automation control only needs less labor force, it can complete the work of several times before the completion of the labor force, reducing unnecessary human and material resources, and improve the efficiency of the work.So, it is one of the important problems in the chemical industry that how to explore how to apply the automatic control to the chemical production.Based on automatic control technology, this paper analyzes the application of automatic control in chemical production, and gives some suggestions to improve the safety of chemical production.
