Operative coordination in treating esophageal cancer under thoracic laparoscopic surgery

目的总结胸腹联合腔镜三切口食管癌根治术的手术配合经验与体会。方法对西安交通大学第一附属医院159例行胸腹联合腔镜三切口食管癌根治术患者的资料进行回顾性分析。通过术前做好患者心理护理,做好各种仪器设备及特殊物品准备工作、术中密切配合及术后护理,使患者平安度过手术期。结果成功完成了159例胸腹联合腔镜下三切口食管癌根治术的手术配合。结论胸腹联合腔镜三切口食管癌根治术与传统三切口食管癌根治手术相比较具有创伤小、术中出血少,术中淋巴结清扫更彻底,术后并发症少,住院时间短、治疗效果好等诸多优点。手术室护士要充分做好术前各项准备,术中做好体位管理,熟练使用各种仪器设备,掌握手术步骤和医师的手术习惯,提高手术配合的默契程度,缩短手术时间,保证手术顺利进行。

Objective To summarize the experience of operative coordination for the thoracic laparoscopie surgeries in treating esophageal cancer. Methods The data of 159 cases of patients with thoracic laparoscopic surgeries in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were safely guarded with psychological nursing of patients in preoperative period and a variety of instruments and special items ready to work, intra-operative close coordination, and postoperative care in the peri-operative period. Results The operative coordination for 159 cases of the thoracic laparoseopic surgeries in treating esophageal cancer was completed successfully. Conclusions Thoracic laparoseopic surgeries in treating esophageal cancer, compared with conventional three-incision esophageal cancer radical surgeries, have more advantage, such as less trauma, less bleeding, thorough cleaning of lymph nodes in the operation, less postoperative complications, shorter hospitalization time and quicker recovery, good treatment effect etc. The theater nurses should make full preoperative preparations before operation, and are skilled in patient position management, and a variety of instruments and equipment, master the operation procedures and the doctor＇s operation habits to improve the operation coronation with the tacit understanding degree, shorten the operation time so as to ensure the operation smoothly in the intra-operative period during the operation.
