党的十八届三中全会《决定》提出"加强中国特色新型智库建设,建立健全决策咨询制度"。中国特色新型智库建设已上升为国家战略,中国智库建设进入了一个新的阶段。高校因学科门类齐全,各类人才资源充足,基础研究力量雄厚、必然成为中国特色新型智库的重要组成部分。内蒙古高校新型智库建设,将在提高决策科学化、民主化水平,推动内蒙古全面深化改革的深入,促进地区文化发展繁荣以及扩大内蒙古影响力等方面对内蒙古未来发展产生重要影响。

The building of new think tank inuniversitiesin Inner Mongolia will exert a major influence on the future development of Inner Mongolia in many aspects, like improving the capacity of scientific and democratic decision - making, enhancing the further deepening and comprehensive reform of Inner Mongolia, promoting and enriching the regional culture and expanding the regional influence of Inner Mongolia, etc.
