摘要
本文通过梳理客家文化创意人才概念界定,借鉴社会资本理论来分析闽台客家共同资源要素,为构建客家文化创意人才培养打造良好基础。进而以龙岩学院市场营销专业人才培养为例提出闽台客家文化创意人才培养路径,共享资源,互通互补,充分利用现实政商学研界平台和互联网平台,共同打造政府扶持、高校承接、行业对接、企业运作、民间推动等人才培养机制,共同推动闽台客家文化创意人才繁荣发展。
Through defining the Hakka culture creative talent concept, this paper analyzes the Fujian and Taiwan Hakka common resources with the perspective of the social capital theory so as to build the good foundation of the Hakka culture creative talents. Further, this paper puts forward suggestion oncreative talents cultivation of Fujian and Taiwan Hakka culture, including sharing resources and complementary to each other, making full use of the government -business -university -research cooperation platform and Internet platform so as to develop talent cultivation mechanism by some measures with government support,colleges and universities undertake, docking industry, enterprise operation etc. which will promote development and prosperity of creative talents of Fujian and Taiwan Hakka culture.
