产后抑郁护理相关研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Literatures about Nursing in Postpartum Depression

目的对中国生物医学文献数据库(Chinese bio medical literature,CBM)及PubMed数据库收录的产后抑郁护理研究进行文献计量学分析,为进一步开展相关研究提供参考和依据。方法计算机检索CBM及PubMed数据库,以CBM和PubMed中产后抑郁护理相关文献为数据源,利用Excel 2010和SPSS 20.0统计软件,采用频次统计、共词分析的文献计量学方法,对文献进行分析。结果 CBM中共检索到相关文献935篇,PubMed中共检索到相关文献358篇,研究热点集中在产后抑郁的护理干预、影响因素分析、评估、筛查等方面。结论目前国内外产后抑郁的研究热点各有不同,国内研究集中在的护理干预及影响因素方面,产后抑郁的评估及筛查方面有所欠缺。

Objective This article conducted a bibliometric analysis of literatures on nursing in postpartum depression in Chinese bio medical literature （CBM）and PubMed, in order to provide reference for further researches.Methods Based on literatures about nursing in postpartum depression in CBM and PubMed as the data source, the articles＇ information was analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS 20.0 with the methods of frequency statistics and co word analysis in metrology analysis of literatures.Results The number of literatures in CBM and PubMed was 935 and 358,respectively.The hotpots focused on nursing intervention, influence factors analyzing, nursing assessment and mass screening in postpartum depression.Conclusions Current researches focus on nursing intervention and influence factors analyzing in China, but lack of researches in nursing assessment and mass screening in postpartum.
