摘要
湘江源头区域具有生态资源优越、生态区位功能显要、生态产业特色鲜明、生态理念深入人心的优势,其生态文明建设需要做好"生态修复"的"加法"、做好"节能降耗"的"减法"、探索"生态经济"的"乘法"、做好"生态综合治理"的"除法",同时,要强化责任与监督考核制度、加大相关政策支持、加强组织保障、加强支撑能力建设。
Xiangjiang river source area is endowed with functions of ecological resources, prominent function of ecological niches, and ecological industry characteristic, deeply-rooted ecological concept in the hearts of the people. The construction of ecological civilization needs the ＂adding＂ of ecological restoration, the ＂minus＂ of saving energy and reducing consumption, the multiplication of ecological economy, the division of comprehensive control of ecological. Meanwhile, it is proposed to strengthen the responsibility and supervision appraisal system, increase policy support, strengthen organization safeguard, and strengthen the construction of the suooorting capacity.
