社区参与视角下乡村旅游利益分配机制研究

乡村旅游是乡村经济发展的重要途径之一,而乡村旅游的发展也涌现出了许多问题,其中较为突出的问题就是乡村社区参与不足及旅游利益分配不均。文章从利益相关者的角度对乡村旅游发展中的核心利益主体进行阐述,分析不同利益主体的利益诉求,立足于社区居民,对利益分配机制构建原则及居民在乡村旅游发展中的参与模式进行概括总结,提出乡村社区参与视角下旅游利益初次分配机制及再次分配机制,为乡村旅游的可持续发展中的利益分配提供一些启示。

Rural tourism is one of the most important ways to develop the rural economy, however, there are a number of issues in the development of the rural tourism, one of the most prominent problem is the lack of community participation, the interests of community residents can not be guaranteed. From the perspective of the stakeholders, the article describes the main stakeholders in the development of rural tourism and analyzes the demands of different stakeholders＇ interests. In the rural community participation perspective, the paper summarizes the principles of distribution mechanism of rural tourism interests and the residents＇ participation model in the development of rural tourism. Finally, it proposes the primary distribution mechanism and re-distribution mechanism of rural tourism interests in order to provide some inspiration for the interest distribution in the sustainable development of rural tourism.
