摘要
介绍了大庆VCO、VGO与大庆CGO和 (或 )大庆重油催化柴油混合油在不同反应压力条件下加氢裂化生产优质喷气燃料和清洁柴油的试验结果以及加氢裂化尾油作为蒸汽裂解原料生产乙烯的试验结果表明 ,大庆VGO在 8.0MPa的反应氢分压条件下 ,便可直接生产合格的 3#喷气燃料和符合《世界燃油规范》Ⅱ类标准的清洁柴油 ;在反应氢分压为 1 1 .7MPa条件下 ,可以直接生产符合《世界燃油规范》Ⅲ类标准的清洁柴油 ;而以大庆VGO与大庆CGO和 (或 )大庆重油催化柴油混合油作为加氢裂化原料 ,若要直接生产合格的 3#喷气燃料和清洁柴油 ,则反应氢分压应选择 1 0 .0~ 1 2 .0MPa为宜 ;大庆VCO、VGO与大庆CGO和 (或 )大庆重油催化柴油混合油的加氢裂化尾油的乙烯质量分数高达 30 %以上 。
This article introduces the experimental results of producing high grade jet fuel and clean diesel fuel from VCO and blending oil VGO and CGO and /or Daqing catalytic diesel fuel under different reacting pressure and producing ethylene from hydro-cracking tailings as steam cracking feedstock. It shows that Daqing VGO can produce qualified No.3 jet fuel and World Fuel Charter II clean diesel fuel under p H 2 =8.0 MPa and produce World Fuel Charter III clean diesel fuel under p H 2 =11.7 MPa. For blending oil of Daqing VGO, CGO and /or catalytic diesel fuel, to produce qualified No.3 jet fuel and clean diesel, the preferred hydrogen partial pressure is 10.0~12.0 MPa. The hydrocracking tailings are high-quality feedstock for steam cracking since its ethylene content is over 30%.
