后路短节段减压融合固定治疗老年退变性腰椎侧凸患者的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析后路短节段减压融合固定治疗老年退变性腰椎侧凸患者的临床效果。方法选择退变性腰椎侧凸老年患者42例,入院后行后路短节段减压融合固定,比较患者术前及术后脊柱侧弯角度与JOA评分、VAS评分、Oswestry评分及活动能力评分,并记录并发症发生情况。结果手术后3个月及手术后6个月患者的JOA评分较术前均有明显改善(P<0.05);术前Oswestry评分在手术后1、3、6个月有明显下降(P<0.05),患者手术后1个月与6个月脊柱侧弯的正位角度较术前有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);侧位角度手术后1个月、6个月较术前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者手术后1、3、6个月VAS评分较术前有明显下降(P<0.05)。活动能力手术后1、3、6个月较术前有明显改善(P<0.05)。患者术后出现泌尿系感染3例,无死亡病例。结论后路短节段减压融合固定可显著提高手术效果,减轻患者疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,促进术后恢复,减少术后并发症。
