摘要
文章针对某船用主机在高负荷、连续运转过程中调速器温升异常的故障现象,通过对故障原因的定性分析,得出调速器存在设计安装缺陷的结论,并针对该故障原因进行了技术攻关,先后采用加装风冷系统和加装远程热交换系统2种处理措施。使用结果表明,加装远程热交换系统可以从根本上解决该船主机调速器超温故障问题,可为今后同类型设备故障的分析与排除提供借鉴。
In view of the fault phenomenon of the temperaturerising of the governor during the high load and continuous operation of a marine main engine, through the qualitative analysis to the failure causes, it is concluded that the design of the governor is in accordance with the defect. Study on the reason of the fault, air coolant system and remote heat exchange system are intalled. The results show that the installation of remote heat exchange system can solve fundamentally over-temperature fault of governor of marine main engine, which provides reference for analysis and exclusion of some similar failure in the future.
